To apply for the Administrative Assistant positions, interested candidates must submit their application letter and specific documents to the designated address no later than August 4, 2023. The required documents include the 2017 Revised Edition of the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with CSC-required passport-size pictures and thumbmarks. Additionally, applicants need to provide the accomplished Statement of Relatives form, copies of their Diploma, Transcript of Records, Civil Service Eligibility certification (if applicable), and other relevant documents.

RA 1080 Eligible applicants (CPAs and other board passers) must submit their Board Rating and valid PRC ID. BAR Passers need to provide their Certificate of BAR Membership and BAR Rating. Re-employment candidates should include a valid Ombudsman Clearance and appropriate District/Regional/National Office Clearance.

Qualified applicants are encouraged to submit their applications via hand delivery, courier, or email to the specified address in Quezon City.

1 Certified True Copy and 2 photocopies of the Diploma

1 Certified True Copy and 2 photocopies of the Transcript of Records

2 Authenticated Copies and 1 photocopy of Certificate of Civil Service Eligibility (if Civil Service eligible)
