2023 RPMS-PPST and E-IPCRF Materials

The Department of Education (DepEd) Central Office recently conducted a National Orientation on Multi-Year RPMS-PPST (Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers) and the Use of Electronic IPCRF (Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form) for Teachers on July 22. As a crucial step in the effective implementation of RPMS-PPST, the DepEd Central Office has provided Orientation Materials for the aforementioned topics.

To ensure that all school personnel are well-informed and guided, the responsibility of cascading this orientation to all personnel within their respective divisions lies with the Schools Division Offices (SDO). This includes Principals, Master Teachers, Teachers, ALS implementers, and all other concerned individuals. By disseminating the orientation materials, the SDOs play a crucial role in facilitating a smooth and efficient adoption of the RPMS-PPST and Electronic IPCRF in schools.

The division orientation sessions can be conducted until the first week of August to accommodate all participants. All teachers are encouraged to participate in these sessions to enhance their understanding of the RPMS-PPST and how to utilize the e-IPCRF and Online Consolidation effectively.

To access the orientation materials and the Excel-based e-IPCRF, along with the recording of the national orientation, teachers should use their official DepEd email address.
