DBM released Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) for Anniversary Bonus 2023!

The Department of Education (DepEd) will be giving out an anniversary bonus to its employees in 2023. The bonus is worth Php 3,000 per employee, and will be given to those who have rendered at least one year of service in the department as of June 23, 2023.

To be eligible for the anniversary bonus, employees must also meet the following requirements:

• They must have a satisfactory performance rating.

• They must not have any pending administrative or criminal charges.

The anniversary bonus will be released not earlier than June 23, 2023.

Here are the guidelines on the grant of anniversary bonus:

• The amount of the anniversary bonus shall not exceed Php 3,000 per personnel.

• The employee must have rendered at least one year of service in the Department of Education as of June 23 of the Milestone Year.

• The employee must have a satisfactory performance rating.

• The employee must not have any pending administrative or criminal charges.

• The anniversary bonus shall be given to qualified officials and employees not earlier than June 23 of the Milestone Year.

• Any employee may receive the anniversary bonus only once every five years, regardless of transfers from one government agency to another.
