Check out the Foreign Graduate Scholarship program offered by the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI), which aims to provide opportunities to talented and deserving students in earning their MS and PhD degrees in science and engineering in reputable institutions abroad.

The scholarship is open to all Filipino citizens who are in their first five years of their research career and meet the eligibility requirements. Chosen scholars will enjoy the following privileges:
