The Department of Education issues DepEd Memorandum No. 63, s. 2022 or the 2022 Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE).

With the theme "Kapit-Bisig Para sa Ligtas na Balik-Aral," this year's OBE aims to engage agencies, organizations, and other stakeholders in preparation for the opening of the school year. It also aims to address problems, queries, and other concerns commonly encountered by the public at the start of the school year.

DepEd will launch the National OBE for SY 2022-2023 on August 15, 2022, which shall run until August 26, 2022.
