Ms. Roselyn N. Galang, a well-known DICT Trainer, is the Resource Lady for this one-day program. She is a very brilliant, diligent, and lovely person.

Roselyn is a Theater Arts graduate of the Philippines' only art institution, the Philippine High School for the Arts in Mt. Makiling Laguna. And as a result of this, she has been able to play on stages all across the Philippines, including the Cultural Center of the Philippines and the National Arts Center in Laguna. She also represented the Philippines at the Asian Children's Arts Festival in Xiamen, Hangzhou, and Beijing, China. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Communication Arts from De La Salle University, where she learned about photography, film, radio, print, web, and video productions. During her time at La Salle, she worked on various short documentaries and feature films with the help of the then-Dean of the Communication Department.

She is currently the proprietor of Rosy Rose Design Studio and Allied Services, where she assists businesses with their design needs, as well as being a leading brand and the industry's go-to when it comes to relevant and sophisticated designs. She designs advertisements, logos, brochures, handouts, flyers, labels, invites, signage, backdrops, and big format printing using graphics, video editing, and picture editing.

Roselyn has been a web developer for the past 5 years in addition to being a graphic artist. She had built Word Press websites both locally and globally, as well as designing them from the ground up. She was also the one who came up with the concept of Social Media Marketing.
