The ASEAN Sustainable Urbanisation Forum (ASUF) will serve as a platform to promote connectivity, knowledge sharing, and learning opportunities for ASEAN Member States, ASEAN cities, and ASEAN people.

REGISTER FOR FREE | HOW TO REGISTER?

The ASEAN Sustainable Urbanisation Forum takes place on Hopin, a virtual conference platform.

Please find below simple instructions for the registration process to provide you access to Hopin and a ticket to ASUF.
  1. Select “Participant” ticket and click “Checkout” to proceed;
  2. Provide your information (Your personal information will be kept?strictly?confidential?and?will?not be disclosed to a third parties), then click “Complete Order”;
  3. After your successful registration, you will receive a confirmation from Hopin via email. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder;
  4. Access the event via the link “Verify and Join event”, sent by Hopin email;
  5. Once you access the platform, you can create a profile on Hopin. The information that you will fill in into Hopin when creating your profile, will help other participants to find you during the conference and to engage you in private chats or networking sessions;
  6. To join the event, always use the link “Verify and join event” in Hopin email. If you are logged out, go back to the same email and click the same link to join the event from there.
  7. Enjoy the ASEAN Sustainable Urbanisation Forum!
