In this post, we are sharing with you the updates from ZQ Tech Feedback form for the webinar yesterday, August 14, 2021.

The Feedback form has been sent already via email. So, to those who registered on said webinar "Tip Talks for Teachers, kindly check your email now or you may also see the link below for the Feedback Form.

Requirements and instructions on how to claim your certificate of participation:

Step 1: Enter the following data or require information for the following fields: (See image below/google form screenshots).

Note: All field with asterisks are required fields.

Step 2: READ, FOLLOW CAREFULLY AND GET A CHANCE TO WIN THE RAFFLE DRAW: What did you learn today? Please provide the screen shot of the shared LIVE SESSION, SHARING what you've learned today and with proper hashtags. The shared post should be set to PUBLIC for validation. *

Step 3: After answering the Feedback form. You will be prompted with the message below:

"We received your e-Certification claim responses. Your e-Certification will be sent directly to your email 14 to 30 days upon completion of this registration.
P.S. Make sure that you followed all the requirements from Registration up to answering the feedback form otherwise your e-cert claim will be invalid.
