The DOST-NRCP Expert Class Episode 2: Introduction to Mathematical Biology

The DOST-National Research Council of the Philippines (DOST-NRCP) welcomes you to Expert Class Episode 2: Introduction to Mathematical Biology online class on August 11, 2021, 10:00 am.

The Expert Class is a platform for advisory or advocacy where science will be used to discuss and explain current issues. By engaging the public in further discourse on a topic of national interest, we hope to achieve greater awareness on science-based recommendations for policy-making. All these are for the ultimate goal of enhancing a science culture among Filipinos.

Episode 2 will be presented by the Mathematical Sciences Division and will highlight mathematical biology studies using quantitative methods. It produces model complex systems as an alternative and easier route in finding solution to biological problems.
