Topic: As Told by the Atolls: A Narrative from the Tubbataha Research Expedition 2021

The objectives of webinar:

This session will provide a brief overview of the recently concluded expedition of UP Marine Science Institute in Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park. The people behind the research who come from different fields of science such as oceanography, geochemistry, reef ecology, and hydrology, as well as the methodologies employed and some research questions that need to be answered, will be highlighted in the session. Before the session ends, a virtual gallery walk of the different wildlife species encountered during the research expedition such as fishes, birds, sharks, and dolphins will be presented.
