RECONSTITUTION OF THE MANAGEMENT NEGOTIATING PANEL FOR THE COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION NATIONAL EMPLOYEES UNION

1. The Department of Education (DepEd) reconstitutes the Management Negotiating Panel for the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) between the DepEd Management and the DepEd-Nationa1 Employees Union, to effectively implement the renegotiation of the CNA.

2. The Management Negotiating Panel shall be composed of the following:

Chairman: Undersecretary Alain Del B. Pascua
Vice Chairman: Assistant Secretary Atty. Salvador C. Malana III

Members:

OIC Assistant Secretary Malcolm S. Garma

Director Armando C. Ruiz
Director Roger B. Masapol

3. The Secretariat shall be constituted from the Office of Undersecretary Pascua, Chairman of the Management Negotiating Panel.

4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
