Here's the info from Manila Times, "FORMER president Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Aquino 3rd died early this morning today. This was shared by a senator who requested anonymity as he was not in a position to make the official statement."

 
According to the source, the former leader had been under medication for an illness. Aquino served as the 15th president of the Philippines from 2010 until 2016.
