The CSC - Civil Service Institute invites interested public servants to avail themselves of the following courses scheduled in June 2021:

**NEW!** PUBLIC SERVICE VALUES PROGRAM FOR NON-SUPERVISORY POSITIONS

Course Description:
This workshop aims to enable participants in strengthening and harnessing the core values of a Public Servant: Patriotism, Integrity, Excellence and Spirituality (PIES) especially in this time of pandemic for the enhancement of their organization’s capability in creating a critical mass towards transformation and pursuing strategic direction.

Performance Objectives: Participants shall be able to build up personal and organization resilience by strengthening the manifestation of the shared public service values in own workplace.

Specific Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants shall be able to:
1. Appreciate the importance of strengthening the manifestation of the shared public service values in maintaining the delivery of public service excellence in times of adversities;
2. Discuss the concepts and principles of public service values and its strategic practice in different government agencies; and,
3. Prepare and commit to implement action plans that will strengthen own practice of the public service values and enable self to advocate its practice in the workplace.

Target Participants: 300 Rank-and-File Employees (Non-Supervisory Positions)

Investment Cost: PHP2,800 per participant (for all modules)
Target participants are Rank-and-File employees (Non-Supervisory Positions). Qualified participants will receive the ADVISORY with MODES of PAYMENT. Confirmed Participants are Paid Participants prior to the event.

Training Hour Credit: A certificate of completion with fourteen (14) foundational training hours will be given to participants who have successfully completed the whole online course including the required course requirements.
