New COVID-19 Strain, Detected in Philippines on January 13, 2021

This is alarming a news site xinhuanet.com published today, January 13, 2021 that the more contagious New Covid-19 strain was detected in the Philippines.

 

This New Covid-19 strain or variant was first discovered  in the United Kingdom in September, known as B117. And another in South Africa.

Few days ago, Japan also announced that they found new Covid-19 variant and its different from the one discovered in UK and South Africa.

 

Now, its here in the Philippines.
