The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Regional Office IX and BASULTA, through its ICT Literacy and Competency Development (ILCD) arm, in partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), proudly present the FREE Digital Teachers Training with CPD units happening on September 22–26, 2025. This online masterclass, Digital Teacher Masterclass: Leveraging Technology to Bridge PISA Gaps in Philippine Education, is designed to empower teachers with innovative strategies and digital tools that can transform classroom teaching and learning.

Packed with practical applications, interactive activities, and expert-led discussions, the training aims to equip educators with the skills needed to create engaging, technology-driven, and future-ready classrooms. More than just professional development, this program offers teachers the opportunity to earn Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units while upgrading their competence in educational technology—helping them stay at the forefront of digital teaching excellence.

Licensed Professional Teachers aiming to upskill in EdTech while earning CPD units.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿:

1. Secure your Unique Client ID Number (UCIDN) at http://bit.ly/r9clientid-reg. You may skip this if you already have your UCIDN.

2. Once you have the UCIDN, access the Training Registration Form at http://bit.ly/r9training-reg. Register for the training course by using the appropriate Course ID that can be found in our infographics.

Note: The UCIDN and Course ID will be used in all forms for registration and throughout the training.
