Here's the letter addressed to DSWD Secretary Erwin Tulfo from the office of Undersecretary and chief of staff Epimaco V. Densing III, informing the office of Sir Erwin Tulfo that teachers shall no longer allow to facilitate the 

monitoring of the 4PS in their respective institutions of learning.
