Procurement of resources and services takes up the majority of the day-to-day operations activities of the Agency whether it is for goods and services, infrastructure projects or consultancy services. Government agencies implementing automation/computerization of its public services requires procurement of ICT goods/resources, IT infrastructure as well as IT services. Successful procurement of ICT resources is dependent on the accuracy and clarity of requirements.

This training aims to prepare and develop selected employees with basic skills and knowledge in constructing and preparing the Terms of Reference. A comprehensive and clear TOR sets the foundation for a successful outcome of procurement, and plays a key role in each stage of the process from identification of requirements to administration and management of the resulting contract.

3. Wait for your e-Certificate within 1-2 weeks.

A 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 will be issued to participants who will satisfactorily comply with the training requirements mentioned above
