We would like to invite you to the 2nd APEC Learning Community Builders (ALCoB) Forum with the theme “Global Partnership: Enabler of Change, Transformation, and Innovation” to be held on 29 October 2021, 3:00-4:30 P.M. Philippine Standard Time.

The APEC Learning Community Builders (ALCoB) is one of the most representative human networks in the APEC region and a key factor of the APEC Future Education Consortium and APEC Learning Community for shared prosperity. The ALCoB consists of APEC member economies' educational leading teachers, learners, supporters, education administrations, and scholars who are getting together to materialize the ALCoM (APEC Learning Community) based on Autonomy, Sharing, Cooperation, and Volunteerism. Currently, there are around 7,000 ALCoB members from the different APEC economies.

Join us and listen to the keynote presentation of Prof. Dong Sun Park, Chairman of the Institute of APEC Collaborative Education (IACE), and the presentations and sharing of best practices of the following speakers who are also ALCoB members:
