How to join:

- Online forms for assessment test and evaluation are provided in the Youtube video description
- E-certificates will be given to those who successfully accomplished the evaluation and passed the assessment test with at least 70% score for the period of September 1-30, 2021

Steps to be eligible for certificate of participation: 

1. Watch the webinar. 

2. Answer the Assessment and Evaluation Form thru this link: https://bit.ly/ITDIGingerProcessing2

3. Pass the post-test at least 70% rating (included in the evaluation form) Your certificates will be sent to the email you will use in accomplishing the evaluation form from October 1 to 5, 2021.

Please take note that we will be using an automated system to generate digital certificates. 

Kindly ensure that all information is correct before submitting the form.
