Guidelines on the delivery, distribution and registration of Sim Cards for the provision of Connectivity Load to Teachers

All sim cards will be activated with an initial 34GB load on 30 June 2021, which will be usable for one year. Sim cards which are not registered on the website will not be loaded for the second month. Additional guidelines will be released for the provision of connectivity load in the succeeding months.

The sim cards shall be delivered to ROs and SDOs between 05 July to 16 July 2021. The identified issuing authority should release the sim cards to all teaching and non-teaching personnel by 23 July 2021

Five (5) Important Detailed Steps on Teachers Connectivity Load Registration @ depedconnect.com.ph?

Step 1. Visit or open the website: https://depedconnect.com.ph. Just enter the URL on the address bar of the web browser  (see image below).

You will be directed to the main official website home or index page of https://depedconnect.com.ph. DepEd Teachers Connectivity Load Registration. You need to enter the Teachers' Personal Details Information into the system (see the Data Entry Form below).

Once you are done entering all the required required fields (data), you have to enter or click  the Next Button (see image above).

Step 2. The next part of the registration process, you will be asked to Select the Pick-up Schedule of Sim Card. So, you click on the Calendar icon to select your preferred pick-up date and time. Then, click the Next Button (see image below).

Step 3. You will answer the Covid-19 Health Care Survey with the question "Have you been vaccinated?". So, select yes or no and click on the Next Button.

If your answer is NO, there will be two more additional questions that you have to answer. See image below. 

If your answer is YES, you then will be asked to select the Name of Vaccine and click on the Next Button (see mage below).

Step 4. Reminder: On this part, you will be reminded to maintain health safety protocols please wear face mask and face shield upon claiming your sim card. 

Please be reminded to bring the following:

2 valid IDs (1 DepEd, 1 Government)
Ballpen
Screenshot of your QR Code.
Start of Pick-Up date will be on July 19, 2021 until July 30, 2021.

Click on the Next Button (see image below).

Step 5. This is the last step or part of the Sim Card Registration, the Privacy Disclaimer.  You need to click on the check box I agree to the privacy policy and click Submit button (see image below).

Note: You can not submit the registration if you will not click the check box. 

Congratulations, you are done!
